We also have an extensive range of articles to help you make informed decisions on which products and services are right for you.
How can I order from metro-sexual.co.uk?
The simplest and quickest way to order and receive your goods is through the website, just click the "add to cart" button for any products you wish to purchase then proceed to the check out following the instructions given.
You may also order via phone, simply take a note of the products you wish to buy and phone us on 0845 052 3434 and one of our helpful sales team will be glad to take your order. Please have your card details ready when phoning. All calls are charged at national rate.
Alternatively you may wish to place an order via post. Write down the products you wish to order or print out your cart page and post the information along with a cheque or postal order made payable to metro-sexual.co.uk ltd to the address below. We can not dispatch your goods however until your cheque has cleared. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in advance.

How can I pay on m-sxl.co.uk?
Metro-sexual.co.uk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo for payments on the website and phone. Payment for orders made via post is either a cheque or a postal order made payable to metro-sexual.co.uk ltd. Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.
How secure are my details when paying on m-sxl?
The simple answer is very. We take our customers security very seriously and do everything in our power to make sure that any information you provide us with remains protected. The payment gateway on metro-sexual.co.uk is provided by Protx. Protx employs the most modern 128-bit encrypted sessions technology to prevent any unauthorized persons gaining access to credit card information entered on metro-sexual.co.uk. At metro-sexual.co.uk we do not keep a record of your credit card number, as we feel this is the most secure method of handling your credit card number.
How long does it take to receive my order?
At metro-sexual.co.uk we take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and aim to get all orders received by 2pm dispatched to you the same day and delivered to you the next day. This is not always possible, however, so please allow up to 2 - 5 days for delivery on standard UK orders and 7-14 days for standard European orders. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday unless it is a holiday in which case it will be the next working day.
The bespoke products available on m-sxl are made to order and thus take longer to deliver. The m-sxl range of tailor made shirts take 4 weeks and the Meister range of male jewelry can take up to 3 weeks to deliver from date of order.
Is a signature required to receive my order from m-sxl?
Delivery for the vast majority of grooming products within the UK mainland is via Royal Mail post and do not require a signature. However, some larger products such as the alcohol items are sent via Interlink or ANC and a signature may be required.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery with in the UK is £3.50 and standard delivery within the EU is £10. Please note however that a varying charge may be added for international deliveries depending on destination, product size and weight. If any additional charge is to be applied to your order you will be informed before the goods are dispatched and asked if you are happy with the delivery charges, if you are not happy your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
What is you policy on returning purchased products?
At metro-sexual.co.uk Limited we take great pride in our customer service and always strive to deliver your goods in a timely and secure manor. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases or they arrive damaged you may return them to us for a full refund, providing the goods are unused and within the original packaging.
