THE PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on this site are clearly displayed in £ GBP pounds Sterling and all taxes have been included. All charges for postage and packing are clearly set out on the relevant page.
As mentioned above all orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. If you are an international customer however it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods which we dispatch to you. metro-sexual.co.uk limited does not accept any responsibility for actions taken by customs in your country.
On ordering, you shall automatically receive confirmation of your order. This is to indicate that metrosexual.co.uk limited has received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will then send to you confirmation of our acceptance of your order in writing by post or e-mail to the address or e-mail address that you have given. On confirmation of your order, there shall exist a binding legal contract between us that shall be governed by Scottish law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. It is at this time when we will send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect metro-sexual.co.uk limited in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the event of a change in price, metro-sexual.co.uk limited will contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable to you. If you find it unacceptable you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order and your card will not be charged. Please also refer to our returns policy.
Metro-sexual.co.uk limited accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.
When entering into a contract with metro-sexual.co.uk limited for the purpose of purchasing goods or services provided by metro-sexual.co.uk limited, you the purchaser undertake that all details you provide to metro-sexual.co.uk limited are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
THE SECURITY
The payment gateway on metro-sexual.co.uk is provided by Protx. Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Protx employs the most modern 128-bit encrypted sessions technology to prevent any unauthorized persons gaining access to credit card information entered on metro-sexual.co.uk. This allows transmission of potentially sensitive information over the internet in an encrypted form which is not readable by third parties.
At metro-sexual.co.uk limited we do not keep a record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information. We feel this is the most secure method of handling your credit card number.
THE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Delivery within the UK mainland is by Royal Mail First Class post, Interlink or ANC. A signature may be required.
International deliveries are via Royal Mail or a Courier. A signature will be required. Please note that a varying charge will be added for international deliveries depending on destination and product size and weight.
We regret that metrosexual.co.uk limited cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the carrier.
At metro-sexual.co.uk limited we take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and aim to get all orders received by 2pm dispatched to you the same day and delivered to you the next day, however this is not always possible so please allow up to 2 - 5 days for delivery on standard UK orders and 7-14 days for standard European orders. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday unless it is a holiday in which case it will be the next working day. If there is a problem or delay with your order we will inform you immediately.
Bespoke shirt delivery may vary from the time periods set out above as this is a tailor made service and can take up to 4 weeks. You will be notified via e-mail of the expected delivery time for your shirt order and be kept up to date with the progress of your order. meister jewellery can also take up to 3 weeks for delivery as these are hand crafted items, again you will be notified when the items have arrived with us before they are dispatched. All meister items are sent special delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.
For standard delivery within the UK mainland postage and packing is £3.50 irrespective of order value. For standard delivery within continental Europe postage and packing is £10.00 irrespective of order value.
Orders over 2kg may be subject to a surcharge. In this event we will contact you to seek approval before processing the order.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquires with the couriers have been completed as metro-sexual.co.uk limited is not responsible for the shipping. This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this issue will be resolved sooner. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, metro-sexual.co.uk limited shall, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, make good any shortage of items within the delivery or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please see the metro-sexual.co.uk returns policy for details. Please note that you must notify metro-sexual.co.uk limited of any problem via e-mail within 7 working days of delivery of the goods, quoting your Invoice number in the correspondence. In the event of non-delivery please get in touch within 14 days of confirmation e-mail for UK deliveries and 21 days for international deliveries.
OTHER CHARGES
For certain items which do not have post and packaging an administration charge of £1.50 will be added. This charge is to cover transaction costs and administration expenses. This is a non-refundable charge.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is currently out of stock you will be informed at the checkout. There you will be given the option to proceed with the order and wait for the item to come back into stock usually 3-5 working days, to remove the out of stock item and proceed with your order or to cancel your order entirely. We regret that we are unable to dispatch incomplete orders.
THE RETURNS POLICY
At metro-sexual.co.uk limited we take great pride in our customer service and always strive to deliver your goods in a timely and secure manor. Therefore in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases or they arrive damaged you may return them to us for a full refund, providing the goods are unused and within the original packaging by filling out our returns form.
Metro-sexual.co.uk limited offers a 7 day return policy* from the day we accept your order under following conditions:
To return goods you must contact metro-sexual.co.uk limited within 7 days of receiving your order on returns@m-sxl.co.uk or by filling out our online form. (Click here). You must clearly state your reason for returning the goods in your correspondence with us. Metro-sexual.co.uk limited will then issue you with an Order Return Code (ORC). This number should be written on the outside of the original packaging when you return your order to metro-sexual.co.uk limited. Please Note that metro-sexual.co.uk will be unable to process any returns sent to us without an ORC number. Returns must be received by metro-sexual.co.uk limited within 14 days of your ORC number's issuance.
If an item is received faulty or damaged then metro-sexual.co.uk limited will be happy to replace it subject to receipt and inspection of the returned item. Should you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it then a full refund can be given provided the item is unused and in saleable condition compete with original packaging. Metro-sexual.co.uk limited cannot refund or exchange any opened or used grooming products for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned unopened and in the condition they were despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You will have to pay for the costs of returning the goods to metro-sexual.co.uk limited unless they were received faulty or damaged, or if we made a mistake when packaging your order. In this case the cost of returning the goods to us will be reimbursed providing return postage costs are reasonable and in line with those set out by the royal mail. Please keep proof of postage. Original delivery and handling charges are not refundable unless metro-sexual.co.uk limited was at fault. Misused or abused merchandise will not be considered as defective and will not be considered for an exchange or refund.
A re-postage fee will be charged for all exchanges. A re-postage fee will not be charged for items which you have received faulty, damaged or wrongly packaged. The re-postage fee will be the true cost incurred by metro-sexual.co.uk limited to re-post the item to you.
Metro-sexual.co.uk limited recommends that all goods should be returned in the same packaging in which you received it, enclosing the packing slip and writing your ORC number on the outside of the box. Metro-sexual.co.uk limited cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit, therefore please ensure returned items are properly packed and insured. We recommend sending returned items by recorded post. Metro-sexual.co.uk limited is not responsible for returned packages if lost or damaged during shipment. Returns should be sent to:

If a refund is required metro-sexual.co.uk limited will refund your money within 30 days of the refund being accepted by you. All refunds would be to the credit / debit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit / debit card statement.

*OWING TO THE NATURE OF SOME OF OUR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON FAULTY GOODS. THESE INCLUDE MEISTER JEWELLERY AND BESPOKE CLOTHING.
PASSWORDS AND DATA PROTECTION
At metro-sexual.co.uk limited we ask you to provide your personal information, along with your e-mail address and a password when you register with the site. All passwords and/or usernames issued by us to you are exclusive and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you become aware of a breach or potential or suspected breach of these terms then you must inform us immediately at the e-mail customerservices@m-sxl.co.uk .
We reserve the right to withdraw your password and/or your username at any time without notice. In these circumstances we shall issue you with a new password and/or username provided that you have not caused or contributed to any breach of security by not complying with these terms.
For the avoidance of doubt, you shall remain responsible for all actions and charges incurred when access to our website is obtained through the use of your password and/or username whether authorised or unauthorised (save where such access arises from our negligence).
Your personal information and order details are stored on our server; all data files which we store are encrypted and stored securely. This means that you do not need to re-enter your personal information each time you visit the site, just your username and password.

THE ALCOHOL POLICY
Due to UK licensing laws it is an offence for us to sell alcoholic drinks to anyone under the age of 18.
By placing an order for alcohol on this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Metro-sexual.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18 as it is an offence for anyone to buy, or attempt to buy alcoholic drinks for anyone under 18. By using this site to purchase gifts of alcohol you are acknowledging that the person receiving that gift is over 18 years of age. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from metro-sexual.co.uk is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID.
If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the alcoholic products.
