- use a good skin care routine
- shower daily
- change your deodorant regularly
- take care of your nails on both hands and feet
- visit your hairdresser regularly (every 5 to 6 weeks) and keep your hair in a good condition
- exercise regularly, even if it's just running up the stairs instead of using the lift
- drink plenty of water and try to cut down on quick fixes of caffeine, alcohol and nicotine
- hang clothes up carefully at the end of the day and don't over dry-clean
