Zuma offers something completely new; a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking. Zuma has absolutely flawless Japanese food, and offers over twenty different varieties of sake alone not to mention the extensive range of sake and shochu cocktails. These pack quite a punch too! After a hard days work or shopping in Knightsbridge, we recommend a wee cocktail to help you relax. Sit around the rectangular bar and admire the elegant granite and maple design, the cocktails and of course, your fellow drinkers. You never know you may well be joined by a celebrity or two!

At some 80-feet in length, Sanderson's dramatic, glowing onyx Long Bar designed by Phillipe Stark is the focal point for energy at Sanderson. The beauty of Long Bar is that anyone can visit at any time, which proves to be rare for such a glamorous and well-known hotel bar. The perfect venue for a Friday night post work drink with friends or a date. Long Bar is light, white and airy and oozes freshness and cleanliness.
Classic and innovative cocktails fill the seasonally changing menu, with guests also being able to enjoy the Ultimate Burger with a selection of varying garnishes, charcuterie and mezze sharing plates as well as Spoon's famous cheesecake and home-made cookies. Either sit around the bar people watching or relax in the sanctuary of the Courtyard. If you are planning to stay a while then we highly recommend grabbing a booth in the courtyard - great for general talent spotting!

The Purple Bar, with its veritable symphony of purples, lavenders and violets, is a chic and intimate lounge that has become one of London's hottest gathering places. Draped in violet silk opera curtains, and furnished with lavender Queen Anne chairs, purple etched Venetian mirrors, and a bar that looks like an enormous meteorite just fallen from the sky, the wildly theatrical Purple Bar feels straight from the pages of "Alice in Wonderland" - a quality that makes it the perfect setting for drinks, conversation and people-watching.
If you are looking for intimate, sexy and seductive, then this is the bar, great for that romantic night out, however this all comes at a price, so don't forget your plastic friend, Mr. Visa!
Purple Bar offers a fantastic range of bespoke 10oz Martinis as well as a selection of 3oz classic Martinis, all of which are based on the original Martini 'The Martinez' dating back to 1860. Alternatively you could decide to opt for a bottle of champagne at your table!
The purple bar is open to non-residents of the hotel from 5.30pm-10pm.

Dusk, Battersea's latest style bar venue has it all. Stunning cocktails, a magnificent wine list, and a food offering that is most satisfying.
Dusk is about service, style and sophistication, offering premium drinks at local prices. In short...affordable luxury.
Few bars can match Dusk's trendy look, understated and chilled out vibe, desperately good looking crowd and seriously great atmosphere. The lounge and bar are decked out in wood and leather with extremely comfy sofas to relax in and enjoy one of their many great tasting cocktails. The Intimate candle-light in the dining area is perfect for those romantic liaisons.
To be honest if you go once we are sure you'll be back, so best go now before everybody finds out just what a little treasure this place is!
